Founded in 1938, St. Catharine of Siena School has been educating the whole child for over 70 years. In addition to a rigorous curriculum, the children have the opportunity to learn about the Catholic faith in a caring, supportive environment. Children attend weekly Mass, observe Holy Days, and prepare for the Sacraments.
St. Catharine of Siena has an Open Admission policy. Students are welcome to enroll at any time throughout the year. The age requirement for Kindergarten is age 5 by October 15th.

St. Catharine of Siena is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and adheres to Diocesan curriculum guidelines. Not only are the children within the walls of our school, they are able to participate in many county, state, and national programs and contests:

Students have the opportunity to participate in the St. Catharine of Siena Parish CYO which aims to foster Christian camraderie. We offer:
St. Catharine’s Pre-Kindergarten (four-year old program) is located in the school building. Three options are offered: five days full-day, three full-days (M, W, F), or three half-days (M, W, F). The hours are: 8:30 – noon for half-day and 8:30 – 2:30 for full-day. Children can also use the before and after care program if needed. After School Care
St. Catharine of Siena offers an after care program from 3:00PM – 6:00PM providing a safe and caring environment for your children. A snack is provided as well as the opportunity to work on homework. Please contact the office for additional details (610)779-5810.
The Faculty at St. Catharine of Siena consists of both IHM religious sisters as well as lay teachers, who are degreed professionals with Pennsylvania State Certification. All of our teachers participate in continuing education and in-service programs on a regular basis. Our staff, faculty and volunteers at St. Catharine of Siena have been trained in “Protecting God’s Children” and have had thorough background checks.
Our main building has 16 classrooms for Pre-K through 8th grade as well as the school office, library, computer lab, guidance office, health room and cafeteria. Sullivan Hall, adjacent to the main building, houses our gymnasium / auditorium as well as our encore classes such as art and music.
